My fascination with negotiation began during my MBA at IESE in Barcelona, about thirty years ago. After all, negotiation is something we do daily, both in business and in our personal lives.

As an entrepreneur, investor, supervisor, executive, and advisor, I’ve gained a tremendous amount of negotiation experience over the years. Additionally, in all these roles, I’ve seen and experienced the ‘necessary’ conflicts arise. Given that approximately 65% of young enterprises fail due to conflicts among the founders themselves or with investors and the C-level team, I’ve dedicated myself to lowering that percentage. By looking beyond the enthusiasm and addressing the more complicated aspects of collaboration in a rapidly changing and growing environment, not only does better collaboration emerge, but there’s also more focus on growth and success.

I love helping others. That’s why I use my knowledge and experience to assist individuals in companies and organizations in improving communication, and in avoiding, preventing, and resolving conflicts.

Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to cope with it.
