I notice it with myself and also with clients at the (Pre)- Mediation table. By now I have learned that the behavior of the other often shows something that you yourself show too little or too much. For myself, for example, if someone takes things very loosely, it can trigger me and I can have the tendency to condemn this, because I myself tend to keep control. But actually it is a wonderful invitation to take a looser approach to things myself.
